Accelerate by Moxon Bratley

After searching for months and months for a specific car, we came across Accelerate who had exactly what we were looking for. We phoned and enquired about the vehicle on a Sunday and Gareth couldnt of been more helpful (even out of office hours). There wasn't much to ask as the website is very thorough with every detail about the car and plenty of pictures showing everything you would want to see on the car but Gareth still arranged a video call to go over everything as we were unable to take time out for a test drive. Free delivery was arranged the following week. A Professional service from start to finish. The car we purchased was immaculate! Im so glad we searched that little longer and found Accelerate! Cannot recommend enough! We will definitely return in the future when its time to upgrade our car.

Excellent service from the lads at accelerate. They sourced the car with the spec we wanted and well within our budget. They even took our old car in exchange and gave us a really good price for that too. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a new car whether they have the car you want in stock or not. I'm sure these lads will be happy to help.

First class service. I booked an appointment and the car was ready in a well lit indoor viewing area. No pressure from either of the owners and no hard sell of the car or any other related products. When i collected my car help was given to sort the tax and make it legal for me to drive home. This may be a small new buisness but if they continue with their excellent service they wont stay small for long.

We dealt with Gareth at Accelerate for the purchase of my sons Range Rover and I have to say the whole experience from start to finish was a pleasant one. Gareth was courteous, professional and patient. We were greeted at the garage with the car outside waiting to be viewed. It was very well presented and Gareth very knowagable when showing us around it. We had a lengthy test drive and could have drove further if we had wanted. When the deal was struck Gareth went over the small problems that would be rectified before he personally delivered it some 100 miles away to us 4 days later. It transpired that one of the sensors that was thought to be a relatively easy job turned out to be quite expensive but without any quibbling it was repaired before delivery. Now 2 weeks on a small fault has occurred that is not the fault of Accelerate but they are still going to meet us half way on cost to have the problem rectified of which we cannot ask anymore. I have to give Gareth and Accelerate Motors 5 stars for a fantastic service. Thankyou.
