We urgently needed to get some expert advice on the purchase of an early 1900s period property. Despite the constraints of the UK lockdown and following Government guidelines, both Simon and Kevin took the time to really understand our concerns about our domestic purchase as well offering continued advice and support throughout the process. Theyve provided excellent attention to detail throughout and remained flexible in very changeable circumstances. The in-depth survey on the property was far more thorough than we expected and has certainly revealed a number of serious issues that we would have never known had we not instructed Delaney Marling. DMP conducted a building survey and also arranged for an electrical survey for me. I found them to be a straightforward, honest company to deal with. They explained everything clearly and included photos of the problems they discovered, where possible, which was very helpful. They have a breadth of knowledge and experience which made me feel I was in safe hands. They take pride in their work which was delivered on or before time. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
