Still waiting for an email back about my order that was due on Monday. Have now sent 4 messages and revived 1 after my first contact, with nothing since. Item is needed for tomorrow night, which I am now not going to receive. Edit - I have just received your email in the last hour.

What an excellent company. Many of these online companies (Not on the high street) are normally impossible to deal with when things go wrong. Anyone trying to do this with a layout and text on a box must be tricky but Love Lumi and particularly Sophie saved my project and made amends, following through the delivery was amazing. There was communication with online, email and phone and for someone like me with Aphasia it is important to update and reassure. Thank you for your efforts Sophie and the team there, I will definitely use you again.

Picking wedding stationery can be difficult and when browsing online, we pretty much didn't like anything until we came across Dreams to Reality Design Ltd! The range is amazing and is exactly what we were looking for. The service from Frances is first class! We started with just booking invitations but were so impressed that we also asked for table names, table plan, place cards and a guest book. We had lots of comments from our guests to say how lovely everything looked and we were very pleased with the results. I also purchased a framed box as a surprise for my wife on the day to remember family that could not make it. It was a new service and Frances helped create this wonderful piece.
