Please do not give these people your hard earned money, very rude do not care about thier customers once they have your money they dont care. Narrow roads not wide enough for two cars to pass without slowing rite down. we had a leak and they sent out an emergancy plumber who said he couldn't do anything so what was the point in emergancy number. Gardeners smoking cannabis on site?! Employ anyone and sack really lovely staff when they don't take any money. They don't listen to you and blame you for thier problems. Plumbing no good we all have to flush toilets at the very least twice this is apparently to do with a new system Avoid !!!!!!!!! Men in balaclavas robbing properties on here. Avoid like the plauge !!!

Just dont expect a good garden! Apparently they come with a landscaped one. Sounds great on paper and at a sales pitch. Reality is were on our third back garden now and having to dig it all back up due to the bogging and flooding. No one has ever taken the issue seriously and four years in weve not got the worst garden ever that you cant even walk on without sinking in. WD reluctantly have replaced lawns added about 5m of land drains and paid over the odds for other pointless bits but ultimately never fixed the issues. Washing their hands of the issue. Not the only ones on the estate with issues but always fobbed off. Lots of money spent on this house and would absolutely never recommend WD to others and if you have the choice to but elsewhere do it! You wont regret it!

These homes are nothing like what we thought we were buying. We wish we had taken more notice of the numerous poor reviews as they were definitely right. Talking to neighbours on the development, many are having similar issues with shoddy standards and are very disappointed with their homes. Several are having drainage problems, water getting into their homes and some have already got damp problems. The construction of the houses is very poor, workmen are extremely rude and their workmanship is terrible. I expected some disruption living on a building site but the amount of mud, dust and noise is ridiculous

We wouldn't recommend a house built by William Davis Homes. The sales pitch is all about using high end materials and appliances but the reality is far from what we were told. The walls are mainly studded and paper thin so useless for hanging items. The kitchen appliances don't wash things properly, especially on low heat settings so not so energy efficient as billed. Same for toilets which need a second flush to do the job. Considering that this is a new build the house is already very cold and damp so we're dreading when the colder days arrive. Overall very disappointed with what we've got for our money.
