I can not recommend Susan and Parham House Brides highly enough! From our first visit, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Susan stocks the most incredible dresses and accessories, and her experience shows. Communication was brilliant and Susan was always generous with her time, never making us feel rushed or pressured. Susan's shop is a haven and I would strongly recommend.

I have just collected my beautiful dress after the final fitting. Susan has been lovely from the first time I met her, always helpful and supportive. Her advice and knowledge is amazing! I can not recommend her enough! Thank you Susan for everything I really appreciate all your help!

Susan, what can I say... you made a very nervous and anxious girl, extremely relaxed and calm when trying to find her perfect gown! Youre knowledge and expertise on weddings and dresses was second to none, and the help we received throughout the whole experience was amazing, even down to the help of altering my mothers dress, and organising some wonderful shoes and a bag to finish the outfit off - which she is now dying to wear!! I cannot fault any second, I am not a very impulsive person, and I also had the fear that Id say yes to anything because of not wanting to feel like Id wasted anyones time!! But there was no pressure at all for me to chose there and then, or even after the third try of the same dress!! Each time I was greeted to wonderful hug and homely smile as I walked through the door. And then, when Id finally made my decision, everything was easy, my job was done and all I had to do was wait for my perfect dress to arrive and have a final fitting!! Thank you so much for making the experience one that Ill never forget!! Xxxx

It is hard to find words that will do justice to the special and memorable experience I had at Parham House Brides. Due to Susan's years of experience and the wonderful collection of dresses and bridal accessories that she stocks, finding the perfect dress couldn't have been a more relaxed, joyous or easy task. She has a sixth sense as to what will suit each individual bride and as soon as I arrived for my first visit I felt that I could put all my trust in her and any fears of not finding what I had in mind dissolved immediately. I think the most amazing thing about my experience at Parham House Brides was the fact that from the first fitting to the wedding day was only a period of three weeks... and that three weeks happened to be over Christmas and New Year. Susan could have easily said that it wasn't possible to get the dress ready in time. But instead, without hesitation, she did all the necessary adjustments so quickly (and perfectly) and couldn't have been more accommodating or available during this busy time of year when her store is actually closed. It is due to her immensely kind character that I was able to wear the dress that I had dreamt of. For any brides-to-be, wherever in the UK you are from, I can only say a mountain of positive things about Susan and her business. I urge you to book an appointment!
