Sues maturity and experience in biomechanics sets her aside from other PTs. She understands how the body moves to eliminate injury and more importantly, understands how our minds can work against us, offering suggestions as to how we may overcome that and motivate to achieve our person goals.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bee-lieve in You Wellbeing. Best decision I made this year.

I signed up for the 12 week programme in utter despair with myself. I have struggled with my weight since having my two children and also lost myself as a person becoming a mum. Lockdown hit me hard like most people, I found myself drinking a lot more alcohol and eating for comfort through the boredom.
Starting with sue has changed my life! My mindset and outlook on things has changed dramatically. Im learning to be more calm and not use food and alcohol as my outlet. Ive started to read more, exercise more and joined classes during the week.
My fitness and mental health is considerably healthier, and Ive definitely changed my attitude towards food and alcohol!
I wish I had done this years ago.
Sue really has changed my life and Im forever grateful. I am continuing to work with sue and will for the foreseeable. She really is a wonderful woman and doesnt just tell you how to change things in your life because shes been taught, she teaches through experience which resonates to me.
