Clifford Barton Weddings

We had our wedding at Clifford Barton in September this year. From the first 10 minutes of viewing this venue we fell in love with the incredible scenery, peaceful vibe and friendly owners. Over the 2 years from the date booked to the wedding day Vicki and Gavin have been outstanding we couldnt have asked for a more perfect day, themselves and there team stepped in at every point to help the day run smoothly and stay on track. The cottages for ourselves, family and friends added that extra special touch and made it a wedding weekend not just the day, they where full equipped, bright and warm and extremely comfortable beds too. The only thing I would add would be it might be good to have a wedding reversal/run through of the ceremony before the day, so everyone knows the timings/ plan and the part they need to play. Overall I couldnt rate this venue high enough and Vicki and Gavin should be incredibly proud of the support and the perfect venue theyve built for perfect weddings.

Our wedding at Clifford Barton was just magical! The venue is so beautiful and the perfect space. The first thing all the guests said was how fantastic the setting was. Getting married on the bridge was incredible and so nice we could share with our friends and family. Gavin and Vicki went above and beyond what was expected on the day and made everything so easy across the weekend. I could not recommend them enough!

What a lovely venue for a wedding or any other special occasion. Hosts also very friendly and helpful. Venue looked amazing with all its lighs and very classy and subtle decor.

This venue is just the best! Beautiful lakeside ceremony, peaceful rural barn location, fantastic wood-fired hot tub with woodland views, and a stunning eco cabin for the newly weds. The accomodation is really top quality. Vicki, Gavin and family were wonderful hosts who really made the day, their input and help was invaluable, and made our day even better than we could have imagined.

We had the most fantastic wedding at Clifford Barton and Vicki and Gavin were amazing all the way through the process. If you want an outdoorsy wedding in idyllic surroundings with a relaxed and fun-filled atmosphere with all your friends and family able to stay close by for a whole weekend of festivities, then look no further. The setting, both the surrounding countryside and the cottages and barn, is beautiful, and getting married by the lake honestly couldn't have been more romantic. We felt that the price of the wedding was reasonable and the level of flexibility was outstanding. Thank you so much and we cannot recommend Clifford Barton highly enough as a place to get married!
