Enquired about a caravan online as we had questions before traveling to see it as we werent local. Did not get a response for weeks and it didnt even answer our questions. It was simply their address. When I replied to advise that they didnt answer my questions I got a rude reply telling me where my local caravan dealership was and suggesting I go there as the caravan I enquired about was sold weeks ago. Very unprofessional.

Do not buy a van from these guys, we had to drive over 2 hours to view a van after making an appointment, when we arrived we were told the Caravan was sold 20 minuets before our arrival, we questioned this and was offered an alternative Van for more money, we had the appointment for over two weeks to view this, all the Vans in this corner of an Airfield and dirty inside and out, the owner was not bothered in the slightest that we had traveled this distance with our children and was more interested in getting more money out of us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS AT ALL. They are Scammers !!!! Not even worth the 1 Star !!!! but had to put it on as it would not allow me to post this review. BE WARNED THEY ARE TRADING UNDER ANOTHER NAME NOW THEY ARE CALLED ALFORD CROSS !!!

Absolutely disgusting.... Travelled all the way from Wales. To be sold a caravan that was described as a perfect caravan, that didn't work at all , no heating , taps leaking , parts missing . Contacted both owners as was fobbed off each time. Got told to replace the fire and he would send the cash back. DIDNT SEND ANYTHING .AND NOW HE WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. SO TAKING IT TRADING STANDARDS AND THE X-RAY( TV programme) I have all the footage and "sales pitch" . Be careful people, I have had others come forward about these, and they have even set up another "company name " .
