Just got my car back from bmw.. not happy. The outcome of diagnostics from ssg was that the problem is "too deep to solve" and so faithfully, I put up with that all the meanwhile driving a ropey car and potentially causing more damage, bmw said "easy fix 230". The exhaust that I told you that YOU had broken after works that you then passed off and had the audacity to blame me for "my bad driving".. turns out its missing bolts AND bracing clips and as I've now been told by a technician.. that is impossible!! Cracked thermostat housing I had to pay nigel to fix at yet another expense of mine resulting in hundreds of pounds of damage due to coolant leaking all over everything causing corrosion.. i wont go on about anything else like the door light you also broke when fixing my window but please, dont act like you dont know who I am, I spent thousands with you lot including the rangrover and audi.. you know exactly who I am.
