Great tour. Chris was enthusiastic, friendly and generous on the gin measures and in sharing his knowledge! The story of the branding and how the recipe was developed is cool and quite unique. The theme runs through the distillery and it is great to see how the distillery has evolved with demand and overcome various challenges along the way. Id recommend the tour to anyone, it was a great Mothers Day present and we came away with a bottle of volume 3 the taste is amazing!

Had a private tour with the Surrey Copper Distillery, for a significant birthday for one of the group. Spent 3 hours with Chris and Sarah, who explained the history of distilling, and the company; how the brand has developed and being marketed. Each gin was slightly different, and certainly won me over as not in the past, a gin-lover. Chris's passion for the gins was a delight, and certainly helped in the setup of the event for me. There were certainly a lot to drink, and a lot to experiement with... from on arrival, trying each of the gins or rum in cocktails, with different mixes, the impact of adding bitters; & also trying each one neat, to be able to taste and smell each of the botanicals. We brought lunch with us and had this as part of the group made cocktails - this was good fun for those doing the mixing-and-a-shaking, and for those who stepped back, and tasted the end results - all good fun!! A more personal touch of a distillery where you can certainly learn about the processes involved, from raw materials, distillation, bottling & labelling through to marketing - we also saw how they starting a Gin School to enable you to develop a mix of your own blend of botanicals, before distilling your own bottle of gin!! Sounds fun!!

Absolutely delicious gin and fantastic personal customer services! Bought Copperfield Volume Three after tasting a minature that was sent as a present! Will buy again and again.

A perfect present for my 7th wedding anniversary (copper). This must be the friendliest distillery in the country! Absolute pleasure to be shown around by Chris and, naturally, to sample the results of all his hard work. Take his advice and enjoy his Volume 2 gin with Fevertree Elderflower Tonic. You'll wonder how you lived without it.
