This company is terrible.1st item took 3 weeks on arrival it was damaged I then had to wait another 3 weeks to receive a date for redelivery it was set for the Saturday but on the Thursday morning they phoned me to say it will be delivered tomorrow Friday morning I then booked a day from work listing money.It got to 3pm I phoned and asked were they were a lady called Christine said that it was not due until Saturday I explained that I received a phone call at 9.39am on Thursday to tell me it would be delivered for Friday morning she then basically called me a liar that I must be mistaken No1 from her company would have phoned and I must have got confused well unless I'm going crazy and had ordered 2 glass cabinet worth 1000 pounds at the same time I wasn't.I then had to screen shot the phone call log I had on my phone the date time and company direct home delivery via email.I then contacted Christine saying did you get my email and I said see it was you she then larghed as though it was funny that I had lost money from work and waited in alday and said oh yes we did phone we are sorry but she said you should have question this so I said oh right so it's my fault is it she said well if it was me I would have questioned it I said well you phoned me I diddent phone you and you are a delivery company of course if you get a phone call from them you assume they are in the area and will deliver to you.But no this women Christine would have none of it well she said I would have asked I said but that's not my job you should not have phoned me why would I question it.She then put the phone down so after 7 weeks of waiting being called a liar then losing 70 which I haven't got because of a missed day at work this women thinks it's a joke.This company is really bad please do not use this company they are rude they do not think that failing in every aspect is in anyway their fault they are everything a delivery company should not be I am so angry at this company please do not use go elsewhere ympay the extra money it will save you alot of time and money
