Rase Veterinary Centre - Dunscroft

Got gender of my animal mixed up. Then this ment I had to pay almost 50 extra that I couldn't afford. I explained this and left thankfully the procedure was just to prevent pregnancy I've kept her in until I can afford it however I will be registering somewhere else.

Phenomenal veterinary surgery. Receptionist are very pleasant. The vets a extremely efficient and professional. By far the best vets in South Yorkshire!

We initially went to rase vets as they said they would get a particular injection for my puppy that our vets would not get happy days the receptionist a male was really good and very helpful I decided to transfer all my animals to your practice in Hatfield as I was so impressed however I booked my cat in just for a first visit for routine flea and worm treatment they have to see her being a new client! We were running a few minutes late as gor stuck in traffic so we phoned up to make them aware. We got the most rude receptionist possible who told us we couldn't come as we were going to be 5 minutes late and said we have to reschedule therefore had to turn around and go back home I can understand if we were well over time but not 5 minutes and her attitude was appalling
