Ive had several Theta Healing sessions with Treena. I have found these sessions really valuable and as a result I have worked through old negative belief patterns which were been holding me back. Treena makes you feel at ease as she steers you through the Theta process and her intuitive skills enable her to get straight to the heart of the issue and work with you to clear it. Treena is professional and very experienced and I always feel on cloud nine after a healing session with her. Thank you Treena

I have always been someone who advocates self care, in myself and others. However, coming through menopause, I suddenly found myself lost; unable to recognise myself anymore. I had no excitement for all the things I loved to do and this really bothered me as I am a creative person at heart. I carried on as usual like we all do until one day at work I just couldn't stop sobbing. It was then that I realised I had to do something and I started weekly sessions with Treena. I didn't know anything about Theta Healing before we started, but you don't need to know. Treena gives an introduction to the sessions and I felt so at ease straight away. I live in Filey and Treena in Doncaster, so we did the sessions on Zoom. I wasn't sure how it was going to work, but it was just like Treena was in the room with me. During the sessions I felt a deep relaxation and Treena unearthed long held beliefs that were so deeply buried, they would never have surfaced on their own. To get to where you want to be it's sometimes challenging, especially when you're working on beliefs you didn't know you had, but I have to say Treena was an amazing therapist and helped me so much. I started to feel the excitement for things again and this happened during the sessions, I just couldn't believe it.. I cannot recommend Treena enough!

Treena has magic hands! Reiki with her is tranquil but exhilarating, I very much look forward to the treatments each time bringing peace to my body and mind. In this crazy world we live in I can thoroughly recommend giving reiki a try. I've also had Theta healing which opened old wounds and was emotionally painful but the way Treena dealt with the issues at hand left me feeling as though I had cleared negative headspace and could leave these problems behind, it turned out to be a very positive experience. Again although very emotional, I would recommend it to anyone in need of change to their negative thoughts.

I have had quite a few Reiki treatments with Treena who is always welcoming and always makes sure that you feel comfortable before beginning the treatment. Every treatment I have had has been relaxing and I have not wanted it to finish! Would highly recommend Treenas therapies, I always leave feeling relaxed. Excellent service
