        Service here has improved. Not seen the miserable old woman again in the few visits I've made recently. Only been in to pick up odd parcel for my better half, they still don't get my business, but there's been a marked improvement in attitude to customers. Hence one to three stars.

        I've used this post office on several occasions and it gets worse each time. Served by miserable old women who appear to be carrying the worlds troubles on their shoulders. If you are ever feeling at a low ebb, take a visit to this place and see how miserable things can really get, I'm sure you will feel a lot better. I've seen more joy and happiness in a funeral parlour. I note, from the comments here I'm not the only one dissatisfied with this post office, maybe they should get rid of the rude and incompetent sour faced jobsworths that work here and do the lovely folk from Hatfield a favour. I won't be returning.
