Since Pickfords took over, there are never enough staff, long waits for service, and problems with supplies of prescription meds. Consequently the staff, including the ever changing pharmacists, are under considerable pressure. The current owners need to think more about the service needs of users rather than their profits.

Excellent pharmacy, walked in, got my prescription within minutes. The new manager is wonderful and the asian gentleman who served me was very polite and helpful. Thank you for being an amazing part of the community

Shambolic experience since Pickford's took over, think I may go to Weldricks if things don't improve ASAP. Shame ya can't give zero stars.
