Amazing! Was blown away here. Saw a tiny shop and wondered how it could possibly be a museum. The displays are meticulous and artistic it truly was a joy to see so many creatures. The collection is definitely a worthwhile visit for anyone especially kids. You wont regret it! It is free but consider decent donations displays like this dont come cheap.

This museum knocks the lawnmower museum off its top spot for eccentricity. It is simply mind-blowing and free to boot! I have driven past a few times and thought must nip in there for a quick visit. When I finally did my 2 hour visit wasn't nearly enough and could have stayed all day, with so much to look at. I took my 10 year old son originally as something to do during the holidays but it turned out to be a stimulating and educational experience for us both as the discussions on evolution and reasons for differing bone structures etc were aided by the thoughtful displays and captured his imagination more than any classroom session could have. If you haven't visited yet your missing out! The country could do with more Allan's!
