I completed on my house on the 28th of February 2020 I viewed the house on the 28th of December 2019 not only did Melanie make the sale process easy and understandable but relatively quick a turn around. Throughout the sales process there was queries and wants which at all times were met such things as documents and being allowed back to the property as many times as I wished which melanie did even if she was super busy. This was to make sure I was happy with my decision. I was helped by melanie with insurance we chatted over cups of tea which has made dealing with mel more of pleasure rather than a chore. I have been a manager at a storage place which means I myself have dealt with people moving house alot and its said to be one of the top 5 stressful things life will through at you but with an adviser like melanie it had me questioning if that's at all true. I will be using melanie again in the future. I have also recommended friends and family. Thank you melanie

Melanie has recently arranged my life insurance, having never had it before i didn't really know what I was looking for. Melanie gave me great advice and made the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend Melanie and I will definitely be returning when my fixed term has ended on my mortgage!
