We grow fruit and vegetables. We plant yearly the vegetables and help with the growing of the fruit. Very pleasing and helps with food prices.
On our area of allotments you can keep animals such as chickens, geese, ducks, etc. We use to keep chickens, but they kept getting pinched, and ended up giving them up. It's a great experience to try. Never had to buy eggs for a few years. Definitely miss them.
