Dunsville Medical Centre

Over the years this has been an extremely great practice but recently the quality of service has deminished. I have called several times over the last couple of weeks at 8am but have been told to call back tomorrow

Not seeing doctors face to face which is important , and ringing for appointments and not getting to talk to a doctor even .

All the staff here are amazing, go above and beyond to help. Starting at reception, the ladies are very helpful and always cheer you up. The nurse and assistant are both fantastic. Very professional and both compliment each other in their roles. Dr Mohan, well what can I say , a true gentleman, kind, caring the very best Dr I have ever had.

Only got 1 star because i couldnt leave any lower. One of the worst reception and management Ive ever had the pleasure of talking and interacting with, downright diabolical. Doctors are great if you can get past the reception. Had to use previous doctors to get prescription information sorted, as they denied in no uncertain terms they never had it. Funny that the chemist said differently. Go to hospital or change doctors all comments are true.
