The food is great, maybe a little expensive but Im happy to pay, the issue with the shop in Hatfield is the customer service of the staff, the lady that served me today had people walking away and not purchasing anything due to her arrogant ways ant her attitude towards people, Infact it was shocking, this is not the first time I have seen this, I am a local man that lives in Hatfield and I no a lot of local people that will not use the bakery due to the attitude of the staffing and how they make you feel, Iv had to write this as it needs bringing to the owners attention

I've been here around 10 times now. I have tried their sausage rolls, buns and cakes. I have been satisfied every time and they are very good prices compared to their competitors. Very tasty food would definitely recommend.

Called in the bakery today for a ham salad sarnie on way to see my aunt, be the last time 4.95! I even had to go back in the shop again to ask a third time if that was right, she asked if I didn't want it and to be honest I should have got money back and nipped to the tesco next door !

Been in twice now . I enjoyed everything I bought the pies and cakes were nice. Also have a great selection of cakes I pass once a week and will be stopping now every time to pop in . Thanks Rhonda James from fry fish farm
