        I have just spoken to the most helpful person Ms Ann Marie at Catering Uk who works in sales. She was very attentive. Understood what I needed. Went above beyond to locate my small teapots for my small teapot lids that I recieved ( thank you). She Called me within 10minutes with a code for my teapots. I will definitely be using this company's service again.

        Terrible online service and website. Items marked as in stock, and I completed the checkout process. Did not receive a confirmation email from them. Emailed the address on their website and got a bounceback straight away. Called up and the unhelpful sales assistant told me they were out of stock on the products I needed for 4 days time. If I hadn't had called they would have kept my money and sent no communication. BE CAREFUL as this is scamming behaviour. Will never buy with them again.

        I bought A oriental rice bowl from here for my restaurant , product is different from online and real delivered item. I have explained the situation, but they have been not accepted.they were very rude, loud And manner less.they dont know how to deal with a customer and their value.They want evidence from me, when I send the evidence to them, they were speechless.even they can check their website, but they are not willing to check and asking for me evidence, they dont have trust on customer rather than trust on their suppliers. One of the poor customer service ever I have received from here in my lifetime. Owner needs to give training for theirs staff, how to behave with customers and need to be calm. Otherwise you staff are ready to damaged your business Beware Beware beware !!!before buying the product from here, if you want to returned to the them, they might charge for you restocking and need to pay self return delivery charge. My advise is that think twice before buying a product from here. Thank you
