Our experience with mulgraves from start to finish has been fantastic, I would recommend them to anybody buying a new build. Bethany, our sales rep has been so helpful throughout, always on hand to help us. We recieved so many extras that other developers would consider "optional" and then charge a fortune. We love our new home on church farm. We decided to have our own carpets fitted with a different company and on completion we discovered that our doors had all been shaved by the mulgrave builders at no charge. Any snag we picked up on our demo was rectified before we moved in.

The best builders Ive ever worked with, I had problems and difficulties with every other builder I went with before I came to Mulgrave. Julie was outstanding, the best person I have ever worked with I cannot praise her enough. She helped us from start to finish and made everything smooth, all the difficult and complicated stuff she just made everything smooth, got everybody working efficiently and really blew my mind away. She was absolutely lovely to us from the very start and even now afterwards. The builders were absolutely lovely, very kind, caring and the quality of their work is second to none I have been blown away and all my expectations have been exceeded. Namely Josh has been nothing less than a 5 star builder our experiences with him have been excellent ! Im very happy with Mulgraves and I believe their quality speaks for itself and I really would like to use them again in the future if I ever needed. Every builder should be like Mulgraves, I consider them the Golden Standard. Not a single fault thumbs up

From start to finish we can't thank Julie, Will and Josh enough, they have been amazing throughout our purchase and quite honestly went above and beyond our expectations. Their level of customer service has been 5*. We have purchased new builds before and not been looked after anywhere near as much as we have throughout our purchase at Pocklington. Even now we have moved in they are still making sure we have settled in ok & if we do have any problems they get it sorted straight away. We are over the moon with our new home and we are recommending Mulgrave properties to our family and friends. We will be sad to see Julie, Will and Josh finish their time at this site in December.
