        My wife placed a order last week for some Yogurts which where due to be In stock for collection Tuesday, I rang up to just double check their were in stock, as it's a 60 mile round trip. their explained they would be in tomorrow as was a supply issue. so we phoned this morning and surprisingly again not their. The customer service from some but not all was very poor, rude & just not interested and unwilling to help at all. we have been to miller before & was really good. however after this experience I will be seriously considering using them again in the future. my wife requested to speak to a manager to discuss it but was told their is no point as will tell you the same thing as me. It's understandable to have some supply issues but two mins just to ring customers to let then know would go a long way
