TandooriQ a great company to deal with, in less than a week of first contacting James Tadman I had made my mind paid for it on THURS then on the following Monday at 08.30 it had arrive James explained the product to me very well. I had already had an idea of what I was looking for. I'm a chef by trade but now I'm a fulltime carer for my disabled Wife. I do work occasionally n have worked in Indian restuarants where I've learnt to work the Tandor. One of the Indian chefs told me that the best Tandors are made with clay that came from Delhi . The customer service was fantastic . Thank you very much TandooriQ I love my new boys Toy

Brought a tandoor last week and really pleased with the build quality. A really fantastic piece of kit and so easy to use... I cooked tandoori chicken and naans and they came out brilliantly on my first attempt I'm so glad I brought one. Anyone serious about Indian food should get one...I can't rate it any higher.

We bought our tandoor a few weeks ago direct from James. He couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. He told us step by step what we had to do and gave us the video to watch. Even though it has been a bit cold for cooking outdoors, we couldn't wait until Spring to give it a try so as soon as we got the tandoor home we cooked chicken tikka. Having never been successful in getting a barbecue started we thought this would be the same but it lit straight away and stayed lit. It got hot quickly and the chicken took about 8 minutes to cook. We then tried lamb tikka and then pizza which both turned out to be delicious. It really is easy to do. I wanted to hold off writing a review until we put the tandoor to the test of cooking a whole chiken so tonight we had chicken. We took off the skin, scored the chicken and covered it in bbq sauce. We then wrapped it in a double layer of foil and put skewers through it and cooked it for 40 minutes. I can honestly say it was the best chicken I've tasted. The next challenge is to cook naan. Thanks James for all of your help.

After having contacted James and asking him several questions which he answered thoroughly, we decided to go for the Tandooriq XL. Having ordered it on the Thursday it was here by the Tuesday and when I unwrapped it found it to be in perfect condition. I spoke to James several more times asking his advise and he was always more than happy to help. Although we haven't yet used the XL at a catering event as intended, we have been practising with it and are chuffed to bits with the result. I found it first time round tricky to light but now use small kindling blocks just to keep it going long enough for the charcoal burn. Once it's up and running though it lasts hours. Our first outing we had it going for 8hrs. We've cooked chicken, pork, pigs cheek, beef, veg skewers and naans on it. And they all taste great. I highly recommend a Tandoor to anyone from Tandooriq. And the customer service was exceptional. Couldn't ask for anymore.
