This company were asked via the AA to attend my break down. They took over four hours to attend my vehicle, and I had to contact them twice in order to find out where they were because they were taking so long. Bear in mind, the weather was not adverse. The first call, and I was told that we were the next job, the second call I was told that there were several people in front of us, so we would need to wait at least another hour if not more. When the aggressive idiot attended, he did not speak whatsoever. In fact, his manner was incredibly intimidating as well as rude. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

This shower of a company do the roadside assistance for Britannia. If you are told by Britannia that this company are going to assist you; then please run a mile. I waited at home for 6 hours and then they never turned up at all when I complained to Britannia.

They towed our car when it broke down, then refused to allow us access to it or do any repairs as it was on finance.
