Dungeness Station, form the western end of the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway, offering a brief stop before returning via the loop - for a great view of the train as it goes through the loop. I'd recommend sitting in one of the rear coaches to see the locomotive as it goes through the loop. At Dungeness is a small gift shop, caf and occasionally a kiosk selling wine and spirit. In addition, there is also free parking by the station, with good access to the platforms for those with disabilities. It is well worth buying the Romney Rover ticket, taking a chance to explore Dungeness, event attempting to climb all 169 steps of the old lighthouse to admire the view from the top. There are also pubs nearby to explore, and Prospect Cottage, the former home of the late film director and artist Derek Jarman.
