        I agree with some of the other reviews. Owner and Angie all smiles when selling but actually rude and arrogant if there is any issue. Cars over priced. Go somewhere else to buy your car

        Great choice of lovely cars and brilliant customer service. Highly recommend.!! Just changed my Fiat 500 for a slightly newer Hybrid model with extremely low miles, Im absolutely delighted with the car and the way the team at Western Automotive looked after me. I certainly wont be buying cars from any where else in future. stars from me !

        Purchased a mercedes sl from 2003 from this dealer in 2021. the vehicle is pure scrap and, as it turns out, has damage caused by the flood, especially to all the electronics. all of this was kept secret at the time of sale. the car cost me thousands of pounds and now it can only be used for spare parts. paid 7k by the way. very disappointing, annoying and expensive.

        I dealt with Angie. Lovely girl,shes very approachable. Helped me every step of the way. Even Shane text me while he was on holiday. Angie made sure Ford Focus was in tip top condition. Now my housemate wants same car from them. I highly recommend them. I will definitely send anyone to them.
