        Shocking service! The pre-booked taxi didnt arrive and customer service was rude and unhelpful.

        Airport taxi booked and paid for, 20minutes late no call. Called them and referred to three different operators and then hung up on. Got an automated message that the taxi would be on time, it wasn't on time. Finally spoke to another operator who said it would be another 15 minutes late. 35+ minutes and I'm still waiting. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use this service please. I might well miss my flight.

        AVOID THIS MINICAB COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! They are totally unreliable. We booked a cab for one of our consultants to Heathrow for 1pm pick-up. We call at 1 pm as no one turned up, they said it will be delayed for 2 mins. We call again after 2 minutes they said there will be delayed for another 20 minutes. The problem was they did not even bother to inform the passenger that their driver was not arriving on time, and what was worst, they said that the passenger did not paid in advance to secure the booking. Had we known this policy, we could have done this!!!
