Wimbledon Minicabs Airport Transfers

Waited nearly 2hours to then be told the driver was in a car crash ,but before that someone i spoke to gave the reg of the car and just after the alleged crash the car drove pass us . Rubbish service never use them

If I could give zero stars, I would have! The driver never arrived, and his phone didn't work! Called the company and they had no idea about the booking! I called several times and no one answered! We had to get a different taxi!

Booked a taxi to collect us and our baby from the airport. We later realised they are a referral company. They fobbed is off to a 2.5 star rated taxi firm - it arrived over 40 minutes late and then didnt have a car seat that had been specifically requested. Left us stranded as they couldnt arrange another car with car seat so we were left for another 1.5 hours waiting for them to not find a replacement car and had to really struggle to get three trains home. Appalling situation - dont use this company!
