We've been using DeskPRO for many years via their OLD UI (user interface) which was fantastic, mainly because all their functions WORKED - whereas now we've been forced/migrated over to their new UI called Horizon and now we're having ISSUE after ISSUE.
Their support team advise their DEVELOPERS are working hard to fix all the issues/bugs with their new UI, however, there are so many PROBLEMS we're seriously thinking of moving products.
Upon speaking to others, I confirm we're not the only customers having multiple issues. DeskPRO advised it would be a straight forward switch/migration to their new UI, however, it's not a new UI at all but a completely new PRODUCT.
I've been working closely with their support team over the past few weeks and yet still got MAJOR problems with the software!
FYI: our whole company all feel the same about Horizon :-(
