        Thank you for being amazing and having such great customer service. I went in to return something (by confirmation of customer care team) and the lady at the tills said it wasn't possible but called the people herself and was so lovely about it. Sorry for being so upset in store (it wasn't about the shoes!), but your kindness really made me feel so much better.
