Building blocks is a great nursery. The children get a very high level of care. Everyone there is committed to ensure the best for children. They ensure the staff hired is highly qualified and passionate about their job and its always a pleasure to deal with the management and admissions team. I trust them and recommend them 100%.

Our daughter and son both attended this nursery, and were looked after with an exceptional level of care, after moving from another nursery that was substandard. After now moving to another nursery due to relocation, Building Blocks really stands out well above our other experiences. Well done Babies and Top Toddlers 2 teams and thank you. The accounts and admissions teams have also been extremely helpful.

I've been shocked to hear about the lax attitiude to medicines at this nursery. A friend told me that they have disregard their requests to give hayfever medicine, delaying treatment while waiting for a GP prescription (which Merton said was no longer since 2018) while they also "forgot" to give the child their prescription medicine. I'm glad I know this now as I won't be sending my child here.

We were very happy at Kingston Rd (nursery school) when our older kids went four years ago. Unfortunately this is not the case any more with Dundonald Rd setting. Very badly managed (at all levels), lack of educational activities and outings for long periods of time and issues with staffing preventing parents to drop off their children in the morning resulting in being late to work or not go at all. This is happening more than what will be considered "occasional" and is not always covid related. They are not reliable in the service they provide which is causing lots of anxiety and problems with our Jobs. Management offers corporate answers to our concerns. Staff and room leaders are talented and going above and beyond their duties to compensate the problems mentioned above, which is why we have stayed for so long. From a very disheartened full time working parent that feels totally unsupported and stressed for not being able to relay on a service they are paying for. I have tried to avoid writing this review for months now but I feel things are not going towards the right direction yet and I really hope for the best.

I was cycling from Dundonald Park to Kingston rd on Wilton cress rd. Your van , I believe with kids inside and driving towards Kingston rd, tried to pass me. Your driver did not noticed that a van was coming in the opposite direction and blocked me with his van as he did not have enough time to fully pass me and almost cause an accident. When I confronted your driver , he did not apologise and blamed the opposite van. When I told him that he shouldnt pass me , he replied why not" and told him: there are cars coming from the opposite direction and you are driving children. On Google maps Wilton cress is marked as a share road for cyclist and cars and it get really busy in the mornings , passing cyclist in such a short road with other vehicles coming from the opposite direction it is really dangerous for all parties involved. This happened Tuesday 7th of September at 8:50 am.
