        Had to cancel my policy within the 2 week period because I made a mistake when applying and they couldn't insure. It would usually cost 50 cancellation fee and they retain the 50 set up fee so a total of 100, but the kind ladies in the office were very understanding and removed the charges for me. Never known an insurance company to waive fees I must have caught them in a good mood!
