I have bee renting a room from Sunny for three years and could say that they are helpful, professional and caring. They are always listen to my requirements, find compromise. Unprofessional estate agency. I tried to reach out to them many times, but no response. Also, they don't have a fair process. Even though I informed them that I wanted to give an offer for a house, they let someone take the house overnight.
