It was a pleasure selling my flat through SW19. All the staff especially Michelle who helped push the sale through were quick to respond to any questions, kept me up to date on progress and regularly spoke to the buyer for updates from her side. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We finally completed today after an excpetionally long offer period (not SW19's fault!) and I cannot sing the praises of SW19 highly enough. They have put up with me at my most demanding, with professionalism and most importantly empathy, they went out of their way to make the sale happen and support me with anything that I have needed. Special thanks to Clare and Alison for all you have done regarding maintenance etc, Andy for getting the sale and most importantly, Michelle Faulkner who has gone well beyond the call of duty in progressing the sale- I genuinely would have given up a long time ago if not for her and she was by my side throughout the 18 months under offer. SW19 take their clients under their wing and are with you all the way. Having used other agents previously, SW19 are the best in the business. Use them!!!- Thank you team. Sorry I was a pain at times!

Fantastic customer service for tenants during dispute with Landlord. In my experience many estate agents don't really care for their tenants and have a tendency to side with the landlord. We rented a property for two years through SW19 Estate agents. At the end the landlady made unreasonable attempts to make deductions from our deposit. SW19 were very even handed and supportive during this process and ensured money wasn't unfairly deducted from our deposit. In addition, they helped in person by visiting the property after we had left to put rubbish that had been ignored by the binmen into the bin. Outstanding service. Highly recommended.
