Unethical and poor advisors regarding ESW1 ratings as they have their own policies and agenda. They state B1 can't be acted on buit it can by EVERYONE else!!!!!!!!! Edit: No, you are living in 2020 post Grenfell. ALL lenders/banks lend on a B1 ESW1 rating!! You need to educate your firm on this now! Your NEGLIGENCE has cost an entire sales chain to collapse!

Was looking for a local solicitor that would help with taking over my parents current mortgage. We were recommended Helen, there were many emails before our actual meeting but no mention of any professional charges for advice beforehand, or during our meeting. We then were surprised to receive an invoice for nearly 500. we've decided not to go ahead with Helen and the firm, due to the lack of communication with fees and would be worried about surprise fees if we did go ahead.
