Waited 2 and half hours for food,then had missing items and tried to over charge us.

I have visited this takeaway for more than 10 years and their Lamb Madras with dark sauce is excellent!

Ordered chicken tikka masala and saag aloo. The tikka was soo sweet it was sickly and lacked anything like a tikka flavour. Saag aloo was also incredibly bland. Two stars because rice was decent, popadoms were ok and mint sauce had flavour. Next time Ill try red rose (few doors down) or house of spice (bit further away)

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE FOR A TAKEAWAY!!!!!! I HAVE JUST WAITED FOR A TAKE AWAY THAT WAS MEANT TO BE HERE AT 7PM AND IT IS NOW 8PM!!! THAT IS AN HOUR LATE!!!!! I PHONED THE PLACE UP AND THE GUY COULD NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ON THE PHONE AND PASSED ME TO A COLLEAGUE THAT DID.... WHO THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY THEY NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE..... I CANCELLED MY ORDER THROUGH DELIVEROO.... IM GOING TO GET A MCDONALDS INSTEAD... LOL... THESE GUYS ARE A WASTE OF TIME

Completely rubbish service, 50 times I had to call for my food and I never got it in the end after more than 2 hours waiting, every time they pick up the phone,the staff are ready with a lie to tell.
