Elegance Dry Cleaners

I used 'Elegance' to press my suit trousers for a funeral I was attending. The trousers were returned to me with tram lines down the front of both legs! Is this incompetence, or just a total disrespect for the customer? Incompetence would be bad enough, but surely this is just a complete lack of care and pride in the simplest of services provided? All they had to do was improve the creases which were already there! What total idiots. Needless to say, I wouldn't advise anyone to use these people ... avoid 'Elegance Dry Cleaners' like the plague!
