I bought an new Trek e-bike costing over 2,000 from them a month ago which has had a charging issue from day one. Now over a month later, Because of the lack of support from Evans Wimbledon I have had to contact Trek directly to resolve the issue. The manager at this store is terrible at communicating. I have asked a few simple questions and weeks pass without any answers. Extremely unprofessional. I don't think this guy should be in charge of a lemonade stand, let alone a bike store.
