Beyond the benefits of Hatha Yoga in itself, the odds of finding a teacher that you keeps you engaged and wanting to come back term after term, indeed year after year is on a hiding to nothing; but we fell lucky Nat is a star.
Nat creates an environment of well being, peace and security, with development being totally at your own pace and within your personal capabilities, we are after all not all made the same!! This is reflected in the mix of ages, abilities, lads and lasses in the practices.
Specifically for me I have found that Nat's Yoga has accomplished two major needs of my continuing well being. Firstly Nat's practices have complimented and improved my strength and endurance training, keeping my body in balance and countering some of the unwanted stresses on my body which I suffer from time to time.
Secondly, Nat's focus on mental well being through meditation and clearing the mind during the practices is a wonderful way of calming the soul and a practice that I try to take more and more into my everyday life. How did I cope before I learnt about coming to the breath??
Nat is a fabulously supportive, empathetic and understanding human being who has cemented her brand of Hatha Yoga into my wellness regime.
