TRFC have just fitted karndean flooring throughout my lounge/ dinning / hallway and it is fantastic! The service was great ( even though I changed my mind several.times in the beginning) from start to finish and the fitting team were brilliant. There were some difficult corners where they did some lovely intricate work and the overall result is wonderful. Will definitely be using TRFC again and recommend without reservation. Thank you

Recently had a Ted Todd wooden floor laid in a barn conversion which had some quirky and uneven wall features to work around. The guys did a great job and we are delighted with the floor.

TRFC did all our flooring 10 years ago & we were very happy & never had any issues. It was a mixture of laminate & carpet. We just finished our extension & needed some LVT & carpet so got 3 quotes. TRFC was the best quote which we were relieved about as we already knew they do a great job. Again, fantastic job & nothing's a problem with regards to tweeking. Great quality service with happy/cheerful staff! Would highly recommend!!

Just had TRFC supply and fit our new Kardean floors in our dining , kitchen and utility rooms. Excellent service from start to finish. End result was a beautiful, faultless installation by a great team of fitters. Highly recommended.

Appalling, incompetent and rude receptionist. She is definitely a liability for their business. I arranged for a quotation visit for 4pm and left my number with the receptionist, stressing that should there be any issues they should call me on my mobile, as I knew I had many work calls on. The contractor apparently came and left (after supposedly knocking on the door) but made no effort to call despite me stressing this to them on the phone earlier that day. The receptionist refused to take responsibility for not calling to double check if I was home/available. She denied me ever saying the words 'call me on this number if there are any issues', and said she "didn't know" to call me despite admitting that she took my number down. Who knows what she thought she was taking my number down for this morning...!! Most ridiculous and idiotic thing I've heard in a LONG time. Suggest they get a replacement receptionist if they expect to continue in business.
