I used Carter and King for the sale and purchase of my properties. I found the team to be very helpful. Kristie was my progress chaser and found her to be very proactive in chasing enquiries/questions and ensuring all parties were being updated. I was also pleased with the sale and purchase prices for the properties as these have been exceptional compared to other local agents. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property and would use again myself.

Best Estate Agent I've ever used!! I can honestly say this is the best estate agent I have ever used by a long way. During the market turbulence in the autumn of 2022 we lost 2 buyers and finally completed with our third at the end of April (third time lucky as they say!). CK proactively navigated us through this challenging time and kept us informed throughout, both on the sales side and through to completion.
