Awesome place. service from Nancy is was amazing both r7's was exactly what I was after even tho only had 1 for about 3 weeks thanks to a taxi but Nancy sorted the 2nd and its still going touch wood

Used Motts a few years back to service my last bike and I always felt that they were trustworthy, so when I recently got back into biking, I went to visit Motts. The service that Rob and the team give to their customers is second to none. Theyre always friendly and give great advice based on their real-world experience. A short while after I got my bike, someone drove into the back of me, so I made sure it was Motts that were the dealer to do the repairs. Nancy did an amazing job of helping me to push the claims company, who were dragging their heals, to get the repairs sorted. Ive also bought kit from them and whilst not always the cheapest, if you want to speak with people that know what theyre talking about, Adam and Dave are great and very patient at helping you to pick the right stuff for you. Very highly recommended.
