        Took my bike in with a chain gear issue using goverment voucher they serviced it including some new parts all inside the voucher value

        My bike developed a problem while touring in the area. Bob was able to fit me in immediately and sorted the issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. I can't promise that everyone will get offered tea and snacks whilst they wait in the lovely garden, but I did and was grateful Thanks Bob for getting me out of a pickle.
