Really well set up and friendly people. The facilities are out of this world if you want a wedding event.

If I could leave less than 1 star I definitely would. The team took a personal dislike to myself even though they had made a mistake on their behalf and when we tried to resolve said mistake, by phoning in the morning to speak to them which we left the phonecall on good terms, by early afternoon they emailed us forcing us to cancel our wedding at their venue. They didnt even give my partner chance to get home from work to explain what the phone call entailed. The customer service was a disgrace, I felt every time I asked a question or asked them to re send information they made a point of being rude and saying they'd already sent it, even though planning a wedding I have a hundred different emails containing information. Everything I asked for they added extra costs on, not just 100 it was 500 here, 300 there, so the overall price added up. The venue itself is beautiful and I'm devastated that rather than them try and help resolve the issue they forced us out. I would highly recommend that they take any personal issues aside as the customer is always right and no one should be made to feel as disregarded as they have made us feel.

Most beautiful venue with the friendliest team to welcome you in. The farm house and surroundings are stunning and all the little additions are so thoughtful. Lovely walks and local pubs to enjoy as well during your stay.

We had our work Xmas party at the Haybarn this year, It was an amazing venue. Emma and the team were superb, great communication and helpful throughout. All of the guests who stayed in the on site accommodation commented how nice it was. I would highly recommended The Haybarn for any special occasion.
