David did a damp survey recently on my property. Due to his survey he advised that I did not have any rising damp. I had been previously advised by a company that I need work done which I now know is unnecessary. David has saved me a few thousand pound due to his knowledge and expertise.

We have got a damp patch on an internal wall near the front door. I rang David for some advice. I sent him some photos and he kindly returned my call. I was worried that it was rising damp but after David had looked at the photos he diagnosed the issue as hygroscopic salts in the plaster. David then gave me honest advice as to how to resolve the issue. Many thanks. Just need to find a good plasterer to carry out the work now.

I contacted David this morning and he was absolutely amazing at recommending what we need for our house. He put me in touch with Paul who will now help with what we need. I was so worried when I rang him after sleepless nights that our house humidity was high and we are about to have a baby but he put my mind at rest.
