Yassou Greek Restaurant

Avoid like the plague, it is not Greek run and it certainly isn't Greek food. Bitterly disappointed on my first and last visit. Nothing we ordered was seasoned, now Lamb and Chicken gyros should ALWAYS be seasoned with herbs and spices. Instead what we got was utterly bland, overcooked and chewy meat. No care was taken with our food. The flatbreads were taken straight from the freezer and thrown onto the griddle. The owners have clearly realised there are too many kebab takeaways in the are to compete with so they have decided to call themselves Greek and offer a 'Greek' menu that includes chicken shwarma on a gyros. Not even a good chicken shwarma. As for the lamb, the only taste was overwhelmingly fat with zero salt, pepper or spicing of any kind. Honestly, avoid like the plague. The people who are giving this place 4 and 5 stars are either friends of the owners or have no tastebuds.

Just ordered from here, I had a favourite Greek takeaway which closed so happy to find a new one! Mixed kebab was awesome and loved the stuffed peppers which my youngest shared and enjoyed. Really good portions for the price and fast delivery, will definitely order again

Just ordered special kebab for 2 which cost 18 when it came it was cover it some white sauce which I hadn't ordered it spoilt it it tasted horrible I've ordered this before on 2 other occasions which was very nice but what I ordered tonight wasn't nice couldn't eat it just wasted 18 in the bin disappointing won't be ordering from this place again

They never delivered my food and they marked as received, staff are very rude to clients, unprofessional
