I have had many things from homemaker carpet, blinds, 2 beds, and a cooker,and never had a problems, until now, iam roughly 192 in credit and placed an order for a fridge freezer, i know with white goods you have to pay a few weeks in advance, so left my account to mount up, so it would be ready almost immediately the fridge could be sent out, however that was 23rd April, I keep ringing and getting the same answer they are waiting for it to be dispatched to them and someone will ring from my appointment, losing all faith now, i think they may have gone bust or something because now when I ring the number it does not exist!!! Iam learning to live with the fact I have lost my money, i will keep trying.

They don't even deserve at 1 star. They are a unreliable company that have rude staff in the office. Waited four months for my blinds to be fitted.. didn't end up getting them in the end because they took so long. So discided to get vinyl... was supposed to be delivered 1 day and I'm still waiting for them. Ridiculous!!!

I have had 2 previous orders with them and service has been very good. My washer. Broke so I ordered from them again it has been 9 weeks since my order was placed and I still haven't received my washer I think this ridiculous

Placed an order and paid a deposit but no goods delivered and no communication what so ever, but yet the have the cheek to take money from my account which i had to cancel. Simply ripping people off. Its a con.

i just need to say that its bad when you have to what 3 mouths for a bed and a washing machen and to get me blands in my kichen iv have a lot of itames from uk home maker and they used to be good but know am not shuer so if you want things from them i would think hord as the staff are not so help full
