Dr S S Lee - King Street Medical Centre

Since Dr Lees practice has been taken over by a practice doctors in Ashton the service has gone down hill, nobody answers the phone you can be on hold for 30 minutes one receptionist says that shell ring you the next day and doesnt, said she will sort out a referral for me and it didnt happen, receptionist said that shed ring me the next day she didnt, what sort of a service is being offered!!

Complained to the Practice Manager about the shocking incompetence of the administration staff, pointed out glaring errors in medications prescribed and dreadful ignorant receptionist...7 days later got a letter stating i live out of the area so find another Doctor...3 years after moving here and agreeing with the surgery to maintain my families care at the cost of losing the home visit facility. I thought this was a fair trade of Since the actual Doctors are fabulous. Do yourself a favour don't choose this surgery!!!

I guess it's alright.. The nurse is lovely, caring and I clicked well with her, the doctor is lovely and means well but, I felt uncomfortable as he kept kissing my 2 month old baby on her head which I didn't like.. And I couldn't fully understand what he was saying a few times so communication wasn't always that clear throughout my appointment and it was my first ever time meeting him at this GP surgery..

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Doctor helped with the progress of an achilles rupture and caused me to lose my job. Took 4 months of constant appointments to finally get a referral at tameside. Changed to the surgery near aldi in Stalybridge and get 1000% better service and I'm not even exaggerating.
