Took my car in when I discovered it had a puncture on Saturday morning. There was no hassle, no fuss, called me to tell me about where the screw in the tyre was and how much it would cost. Very upfront, transparent and cheaper than I expected for a tyre replacement. Fixed it within two hours of my arriving. Excellent, friendly service, from everybody I spoke to, thank you so much.

I'm a driving instructor, on Saturday afternoon one of my pupils hit a pot hole damaging my rear suspension, nothing open on Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Monday morning I phoned National tyres at Dukinfield, asking for help as I had a pupil on Test first thing Tuesday morning, They Guy on the phone said bring it in and I'll take a look, he called me an hour later, it was a broken Coil spring, I asked can you fix it today ? He answered YES ! I picked my car up later that afternoon, they had fixed the suspension, realigned the front wheels and gave my car a health check. The price was really good, The service Excellent, I couldn't have asked for anything more ! Highly recommended

I took my van here for an mot (11/04/2023 ) . It failed on multiple points . I asked for a quote for the important stuff to be put right, and was given a price of 532.00 Then I asked for the advisory work to be quoted the price jumped from 532.00 to 1335.00 I left at 10am , took my van to a reputable garage near my home, showed the mot inspector the fail sheet given to me by national tyres Halfords . He commented as follows 1. The front and rear brakes need replacing on the mot sheet , but yet on the test schedule they passed 2. The hand brake failed on the mot , but yet again passed on the test schedule 3, The near side wiper blade does not cover the windshield, but it did Its now 12.30 I have had all the above both fail and advisories for 490 by a reputable garage and I have an mot pass Avoid with a wide space , con men steer clear I will be reporting them to there , governing bodies Absolutely disgusting behaviour, by a garage who doesnt sees customer , but does see a cash point
